Chinwe Ajene-Sagna
Ms. Chinwe Ajene-Sagna is an adjunct-faculty at Lagos Business School (LBS) teaching Strategy and Sustainability. She is one of the representatives from LBS in the Business Schools for Climate Leadership Africa (BS4CL) and the UN PRME community/ A trusted Advisor and Board Executive with over 25 years of experience in the real assets/property management industry, Chinwe operates at C-suite levels across the public and private sectors within the US, France, Francophone and Anglophone Africa. She is the Founder & Managing Partner of a full-service real estate firm Catalyst Realty Solutions (CRS), a partner at CSM Advisory, and an adjunct-faculty in the Strategy Department of the Lagos Business School.
Chinwe is a green building Expert/Faculty for Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency (EDGE) by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a LEED Green Associate, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and a member of both the UK and Nigeria Institute of Directors (IOD). She serves on the various boards and advisory boards including STANBIC IBTC Real Estate Development Fund (Chairperson of the Investment Committee), Harvard Business School, Alpha Mead Group and Facilities, Salus Global, PropTECH Invest and Africa Works. Chinwe has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA HHonors History from Dartmouth College. She is the author of a book ‘Borders and the Self’ currently on Amazon.
